Healthcare executive with over 15 years in the pharmaceutical sector, specializing in business development and WHO compliance. BSc in Industrial Chemistry. He successfully spearheaded the launch of a distribution enterprise from inception, overseeing global sourcing, customer development, and operational management. His leadership is defined by high-level compliance and building resilient business models in the African market.

Charissa Jaganath

Global Head of Responsible Business, Datatec

ESG specialist with nearly two decades of experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. MSc and MBA graduate, alumna of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Her expertise spans environmental and sustainability consulting, private sector engagement, and community development. She currently leads responsible business for Datatec, operating in over 50 countries worldwide.

Thobeka Nomvungu

Thobeka Nomvungu

Regional Magistrate, Dept of Justice, South Africa

Thobeka is currently employed by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development as a Regional Magistrate, a position she has held since May 2023. She previously served as a District Court Magistrate from 2004. Between 2000 and 2003, she worked with the National Prosecuting Authority as a Prosecutor. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, she practised as an Attorney following her admission from 1997 to 1999. She holds a Bjuris and an LLB from Unitra (now known as Walter Sisulu University).

Previously Head of Micro Pensions at Kenya's National Treasury and Chief Manager at Retirement Benefits Authority. MSc from Lindenwood University, USA.
